Set in 1892, Hostiles recounts the account of an unbelievable Army Captain, who after stern protection, reluctantly consents to escort a withering Cheyenne war boss and his family back to inborn grounds. Making the nerve racking and risky trip from Fort Berringer, a disconnected Army station in New Mexico, to the prairies of Montana, the previous adversaries experience a youthful dowager (Rosamund Pike), whose family was killed on the fields. Together, they should unite to beat the rebuffing scene, unfriendly Comanche and horrendous exceptions that they experience en route.
