Johnny Utah  is a former extreme contestant, who joined the FBI once a tragic accident took his friend’s life. Mistreatment his data of vasoconstrictor junkies, Johnny sees a pattern to a string of ostensibly random robberies that are doled out by a trio of daredevils. He persuades his superiors to let him go on the quiet and work his means into the integrated cluster of bad-boys.
